District 56 establishes a climate in which everyone is committed to the district mission to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence. Educational excellence is fundamental to accomplishing this mission. When training new Club Sponsors, Mentors and Club Coaches, District 56 ensures that members receive the full benefit of membership.
SMAC training falls under the responsibility of the Club Growth Director. Training materials and guides help ensure new clubs have a strong foundation to grow and that struggling clubs have the support the need to get back on their feet.
